Album Cover Pyrography
This process combines wood burning techniques with digital technology.
Each piece is created by burning the imagery onto a wooden surface. The surface is then sealed with a clear, protective glaze to preserve the burned design. To complete the project, an NFC tag is affixed to the rear surface. The NFC tag is programmed with a shortcut which triggers the album to play when the tag is activated by tapping a mobile device to the surface.
